It can be used at any point in the day and repeated as often as needed.
Purpose of This Practice
Under everyday stress, the body and attention can remain in a heightened state of activation. This practice supports a gentle shift back toward baseline by allowing the nervous system to settle without force.
The intention is not to change how you feel, but to create conditions for steadiness.
